We aim to create an organisation capable of arranging and executing a annual sanctioned FREE lawful festival as should be our right within the bounds of Common Law.
A way needs to be found that allows us to gather and express ourselves, unlicensed without constraints other than those that impinge on another's equal and inalienable rights and furthering fundamental rights and pursuing freedom to gather. To pursue free will on a grand scale to hold gatherings, encompassing music, song and performance arts without the constraints of a license or corporate commercialism;

My interpretation is we have the right to assemble and have a festival, within the bounds of impinging on another's inalienable rights, there are acts of Parliament that can be used to stop events, but it is not obligatory even the Sec 63 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 allowing a type of music to be a reason to stop an event, it is not mandatory to be issued, Really there shouldnt be a problem, its fair enough if an area is being over used or there is too much dissruption, a breach of the peace for the police to have the power's to stop unlicenced events, what is the problem... more
